THE PLACE
The retreat will take place at 42 Acres, in Somerset England. The land at 42 Acres is surrounded by ancient woodland, has a beautiful lake suitable for wild swimming and an abundance of wildlife to enjoy. With over 170 Acres to explore, It's the perfect place to come to unwind, relax and connect with nature and an abundance of unique wildlife on the ground, in the water and in the sky. The nearest train stations are Gillingham (Dorset) – 17 mins by car, Frome – 19 mins by car, Castle Cary – 24 mins by car, or Westbury – 31 mins by car. If you’re driving from London it will take roughly 3 hours.
Hi, I’m Georgie
After 5 years cooking on retreats, i am overjoyed to be providing a morning smoothie, an abundant brunch spread and an alchemising evening dinner, alongside workshops about how to incorporate adrenal balancing sunpotion mushrooms and herbs into your day to day life. All created alongside my sous chef Justine from Miami. I will also be nourishing your body and bring it back into balance through my yin yoga classes, meditations as well as acupuncture.
